As we look forward to returning to athletics, it is time for us to complete our ticket to play. The ticket to play process is required for any student who wishes to participate in a sport at EDHS in the 2020-2021 School Year and MUST be completed prior to the first day of official practice. 

In order to get a Ticket to Play you must complete the following items: 

1. Turn in an up to date physical 
   1. Must be dated on or after 3/1/19 to be elgibile 
   2. If your child had a physical done at EDHS, BFG, CES, or BES last year - I already have a copy. 
2. Complete online participation forms
3. Complete and turn in a signed Gfeller-Waller Concussion form
4. Pay Athletic Insurance
